Robert DiGiovanni - Principal

Mr. DiGiovanni is responsible for the financial day-to-day operations of the company. This includes overseeing all invoicing, controlling cash flow, and procuring project material. In addition, Mr. DiGiovanni holds the 30 hour OSHA certification and visits the active jobsites on a weekly basis to ensure that all OSHA practices are followed. He is responsible for project insurance, bonding, and contract review and implementation. Mr. DiGiovanni holds a BA degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida, is a Certified Public Accountant, and has been in the construction industry for 15 years.

 

 

Mac Forsyth - Principal

Mr. Forsyth is responsible for all estimating, budgeting and preconstruction activities for the organization. During his past 10 years in the industry, Mr. Forsyth has managed some of the market's most technically complex projects, delivering detailed budgets, cost assessment, and value engineering evaluation. Annually, he conceptually budgeted, bid and presented negotiated proposals for over 2 million square feet worth $400,000,000. He is instrumental in the project from conceptual pricing and subcontractor qualification through release and project delivery. Mr.Forsyth holds a BA degree from the Virginia Military Institute.

 

 

Grant J. Stephens III, LEED AP - Principal

Mr. Stephens is responsible for daily operations, project staffing, scheduling and management. As a LEED accredited professional with over 9 years of experience in the delivery of LEED projects, Mr. Stephens is responsible for the integration of sustainable practices into all of DFS Construction's projects. Over the past 16 years in the commercial construction industry, Mr. Stephens has built, managed and delivered in excess of 5 million square feet of commercial space. He works closely with the estimating and preconstruction group to deliver the commitments made during the bid and budget process. Mr. Stephens holds a BA in Architectural Design and an MS degree in Construction Science Management from Clemson University, and is OSHA 30 Hr certified.
